Mr. Kylian Nicolet shares with us his in-depth work when obtaining his CFC diploma in computer science. He courageously allows us to enter into his inner world, which he experienced as a student with learning disabilities. A moving testimony, full of doubts and hopes.
... My learning disabilities have been with me since I was born, that is, on Saturday March 28 in the year 1998. Since then, I have been living and striving daily to accept them as a part integral to myself. Behind these benign disorders hides a multitude of problems that slow down the person affected in their progress, both in everyday life and in the professional world. Mockery, judgments, loss of confidence, etc. For me, what is more difficult to endure is what stems from these evils rather than the evils themselves.
Being affected by four of these disorders, namely dyscalculia, dyspraxia, dyslexia and dysphasia, I do not necessarily experience it well. Indeed, I do not accept to be reached by them. This is why I decided to choose this subject for the realization of my work of personal deepening, in order to better understand myself.
