The use of smartphones as a pedagogical tool is on the rise in nursing education (O'Connor et al., 2023). The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of smartphone use on the training of nursing students at the Higher Institute of Nursing and Health Techniques (ISPITS) in Agadir. We conducted a qualitative survey involving 20 students using semi-structured interviews. According to the findings, smartphones facilitate access to information, enhance peer communication, and support experiential learning. However, obstacles such as distractions and potential dependence were also identified. This study suggests methods to maximize the effectiveness of smartphone use in nursing education.
